The bed was so comfy, like sleeping on a cloud. the room was well-equipped with everything I needed, including a separate bath and shower. the hotel's location was great, with easy access to major transportation lines and attractions. Plus, the staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel seemed a bit dated, both in the room and in the hallways. It could definitely use some updating.

The lobby entrance lets in a lot of cold air, making the lobby bar area quite chilly.

The hotel has a lovely pool on the second floor with natural light. The location is convenient for sightseeing. The staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. Highly recommended! 😊

The location of the hotel was fantastic, within walking distance to Tiergarten park and close to shopping centers in west Berlin. We also loved being near the zoo and having many restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a clean and modern room with amazing bathroom features. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options.
